Full birth support during labor: Continuous presence, comfort measures (massage, counter-pressure, movement, hydrotherapy, breath-work, aromatherapy, and guided relaxation), advocacy, and use of TENS unit, birth sling, birth comb, and Rebozo

One Postpartum visit: Recovery and integration support, including guidance on nutrition, rest, and emotional well-being as well as newborn care support (feeding guidance, bonding practices, and soothing techniques)
